• DAB(Diaminobenzidine)는 Peroxidase에 반응하는 기질로 Western blot 발색에 주로 사용됨
• HRP와 반응하여 갈색 침전 형성
• 30X DAB Solution 과 Substrate solution (30% H2O2)로 구성
