EzCell Electrophoresis System 


특징


  • Gel 전개, casting, transfer에 이용되는 기본 chamber 
  • Membrane transfer는 Blotting module(별매)이 필요함
  • 웨지(wedge)를 이용하여 10초안에 간단하게 셋업 가능 
  • Polycarbonate로 제작되어 내구성이 좋음 (Resistance to alcohol)
  • 세팅시, 나사와 클램프 불필요
  • 한번에 2장까지 젤 전개
  • 버퍼 사용량 감소

  • EzCell과 함께 이용하여 gel의 단백질을 membrane으로 transfer
  • Western, Southern, Northern transfer 가능 
  • 두 electrode 사이에 균일한 전기장 형성
  • 열 발생량이 적어 별도의 아이스팩이 불필요
  • 최대 2장의 gel을 동시에 transfer
